Day 1

So, today, I drank SOME water and had SOME exercise. I ate, not exactly healthy, but I had an apple for lunch and veggies for dinner (the good things). I spent time with family. For my craft, I did a family picture with Hawaiian dirt shirts on everyone.

AND, I ground coffee and got the coffee pot ready for tomorrow. Woo-hoo! :)

What's really fun is learning to multitask and see how many things you can accomplish like while the wash is going you can do the kitchen and be drinking water at the same time...using a straw helps with drinking the water...just bend over the glass and suck it up! cc Good job getting the coffee pot ready for the next day...that's multitasking...while the coffee is brewing you can be making breakfast or others things that when they are done it makes drinking the coffee more enjoyable when it's all that's left to do before going to work!!! Actually you can wear yourself out on multitasking so don't over do too quickly. When you have to start multitasking your rest times, you need to back off! Hopefully you noticed there's a little humor in all of that...if not, just hit 'delete'...one more thing out of the way!

My Mom ussed to do coffee the night before. I think it is a good thing for those of us who don't function well in the morning. Sometimes I don't meet my nutritional goals either, but the more I eat well, the more bad things taste bad. If one day isn't perfect that is okay, you can still try the next day.
